Ride the waves each morning with alumna Dustin Tester and her expert team at Maui Surfer Girls, one of the island’s longest-running surf schools. Afternoons take you onto Maui’s trails, exploring lush valleys and local spots while learning about Hawaiian culture and mālama ʻāina (caring for the land). Depending on conditions, some days may be full surf days or all-day hikes—an adaptable adventure designed to build confidence, resilience, and a deeper connection to Maui’s land and sea.
Highlights
Professional Surf Instruction – Learn from up to 3 highly qualified surf instructors, including Seabury alumna Dustin Tester, with decades of experience in ocean safety and outdoor leadership.
Daily Surf Lessons & Equipment – Enjoy daily group coaching (normally $110 per session) with boards, rashguards, and all safety gear included.
Outdoor Adventure & Education – Explore Maui’s stunning valleys on guided hikes, learn about local culture, and discover the practice of mālama ʻāina (caring for the land).
Transportation & Logistics – All program transportation is provided for stress-free travel to surf and hike locations.
Small Group Experience – With only 13 students, you’ll receive individualized coaching in a supportive and safe environment.
