Description
In this fun and hands-on visual arts Winterim, students will create a variety of projects while working in the professional studios at the Hui. Guided by Hui teaching artists, participants will explore multiple mediums, including lauhala weaving with Koral Gill to create a bracelet, metalsmithing/ jewelry with Noryne Taylor (2 days), printmaking with Bo Brady, and cyanotype photography with Sarah Barrick. Students may wish to bring extra funds for optional additional supplies or materials for metalsmithing.
Transportation
Seabury will provide transportation if needed. Students are allowed to be dropped off by 8:30 am and picked up by 2:00pm at the location.
