Dive into the world of freediving with AIDA-certified instructors Leena Oijala and Martyna Goralska. This program gives students 16 and older the opportunity to explore the ocean while learning essential freediving skills, from breath-hold techniques and equalization to safety and rescue procedures. Participants will combine classroom theory, pool training, and open-water practice at Keawakapu Beach and the wreck of St. Anthony. Students will also have the chance to put their skills to work in a reef clean-up session, and may pursue AIDA Level 1 or 2 certification through written and applied tests (certification is optional).
