Description
Using the U. Natural Method, students will engage in mobility training, breathwork techniques, and boxing drills all designed not only to build physical capability, but also to develop spatial awareness, emotional regulation, discipline, teamwork, and confidence.
Each day is structured to progressively challenge learners in a safe, inclusive environment where all grade levels collaborate, push themselves, and support one another.
Highlights
Mobility & Body Control:
Learners will develop functional movement, flexibility, strength, balance, and awareness of their body in space. When training young people, movement literacy coordination, control, and quality of motion is the foundation of all athletic development and lifelong physical confidence.
Boxing Skills:
By learning basic boxing techniques and defensive movement patterns, students will build discipline, confidence, reaction ability, and teamwork. They’ll recognize their physical space, manage their body’s position relative to others, and gain a sense of empowerment through the mastery of tangible skills.
Breathing & Emotional Regulation:
We incorporate breathwork protocols proven to influence the autonomic nervous system. We teach students how to use simple breath patterns to regulate emotions, control arousal levels (before a test, during a rest break, or in daily life), and thereby increase focus, calmness, and resiliency.
